1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using TaskAure.com, you confirm that:

You agree to comply with all rules, policies, and guidelines on our platform.
You understand that TaskAure may change these Terms at any time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the website immediately.

2. Nature of the Service

TaskAure.com is an online platform that allows:

Clients to post small online tasks (“micro jobs”), and
Workers to complete tasks in exchange for payment.
Ad View.

TaskAure is not an employer. All workers act as independent contractors.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You agree not to:

Create multiple accounts.
Use fake or misleading information.
Log in or work on behalf of another person.

TaskAure may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

4. Tasks & Work Quality

Workers must:

Complete tasks honestly and exactly as instructed.
Submit real, verifiable work.
Avoid cheating, spamming, or using automated tools.

Clients must:

Provide clear instructions.
Review submissions fairly.
Only reject work with valid reasons.

Fraudulent activity may lead to permanent account suspension.

5. Payments & Withdrawals

Task earnings will be added to your TaskAure account balance.
Minimum withdrawal amount: 10 Usd.
Payments may take 1–2 business days depending on the method.
TaskAure may withhold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.

TaskAure is not responsible for delays caused by banks, mobile wallets, or payment providers.

6. Fees

TaskAure may charge:

Service fees
Withdrawal fees
Commission on completed tasks

All fees will be displayed before final payment.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Using bots or automated scripts.
Submitting fake proofs or misleading information.
Harassing clients or workers.
Posting illegal or harmful content.
Attempting to hack, misuse, or damage the platform.

Violation may lead to immediate suspension or legal action.

8. Dispute Resolution

If there is a conflict between clients and workers:

TaskAure may review the task details,
Request additional proof,
Make a final decision.

TaskAure’s decision is final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability

TaskAure is not responsible for:

Loss of income
Task rejections
Technical problems
Delays in payments
Actions of other users

The platform is provided “as is”, without guarantees.

10. Account Termination

TaskAure may suspend or remove your account if you:

Break the Terms
Attempt fraud
Abuse the system
Harm the platform or other users

You may also request account deletion at any time.

11. Privacy

Your personal information will be used according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell user data to third parties.

12. Governing Law

TaskAure.com operates in accordance with applicable United States laws and regulations. All workers on the platform are classified as independent contractors, not employees, in compliance with IRS and Department of Labor guidelines. Users who are U.S. residents are responsible for reporting their earnings for tax purposes, and TaskAure may issue required tax forms such as the 1099-NEC when applicable.

TaskAure follows FTC (Federal Trade Commission) rules for transparency, accuracy, and consumer protection. This includes honest payment information, clear task instructions, and the removal of misleading or harmful content.

TaskAure is committed to data privacy and security, following FTC data protection standards. Personal information is collected, stored, and used as described in our Privacy Policy.

All users must comply with U.S. laws related to online behavior, fraud prevention, and digital payments. TaskAure reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
